This was a commission from :iconmakvolci: who wanted me to illustrate a character from one of his short stories. He sent me a lot of information on her back story, and I knew that this character was very special to him. I was honored to paint a character concept for him that would do justice to the red haired ranger, Cora Syndal.

I really enjoyed designing the armor and costume of this character, and I feel that I'm becoming better at creating and managing more detail. Costume design is something that I really want to improve on, and this was a good indication that I'm on the right track. I think. :P
